What to include in the request
- Property type and city
- Approximate square footage and room mix
- Whether the work is one-time or recurring
- Any special access, after-hours, carpet, or glass needs
If the property is a commercial site, apartment community, or multi-location portfolio, include that in the notes so the proposal can reflect how the buildings are actually managed.
